Hi Friends,

Breathe. With so much turmoil this year, I am finding it necessary to take a pause and reflect on the year's events. Even though we were consumed by politics and covid, other things went on, miraculously, life still went on.

I found this great reflection exercise that you may find helpful as we come into the final turn (finally!) of 2020.

Garden of Life Reflection Exercise

Take some time, grab a cup of tea and contemplate your personal life with a blank piece of paper and make a list with three headings:

Flowers (what did you love)

Weeds (what would you leave out)

Fertilizer (what could you add or improve)

Use this as your vision map for 2021. Add to it, change it, allow your intuitive self to take flight.
