Tristen Sellers, LMT

      Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Arbor College-School of Massage, Tristen felt that Massage Therapy was the ideal environment for her to utilize her advanced knowledge of human anatomy and physiology while also combining her strong desire to help others in a cohesive manner. 

      In Tristen’s practice, she strives to provide a unique and welcoming experience with clear intentions and set goals for every individual she encounters as a therapist. Her therapy approach can best be described as nurturing, intuitive, healing, energy-focused, and attentive. 

     Tristen considers herself to be a quirky soul who is passionate about her family, the outdoors, music, adventure, exploration, working with her hands, and loving all animals. In her spare time, she can be found spending time with her two children, husband, dog, and cat or hitting the roads for an impromptu road trip to wherever the wind may blow! She also enjoys knitting, gardening, hiking, camping, collecting vinyl records, and interesting conversation.
